Yoga for Burnout - Jodi Helpman - Her Bags Were Packed

When I began planning our current series on burnout, I knew I wanted to include a yoga session personalized for those times when we just really need to relax and check in with ourselves. But, of course, I am not a yoga instructor, so I asked my good friend, Jodi Helpman, to put together a restorative class for us.

And she really delivered! 

I love this practice so much that I have done it twice in the last 24 hours. On the days when you are experiencing burn events, I invite you to return to this practice and use it to relax and ground yourself. 

A Note From Jodi: 

Thank you for joining us today! This is a real beginner’s practice that anyone is able to do. It’s quick and easy and available to all body types. I hope that you will enjoy this practice and come back to it whenever you need some help letting go of the things that are weighing you down. 

I encourage you to find something comfortable to put on and someplace comfortable to be, and then join me on your mat.
